Beyond Good Intentions

Starting Monday, Sept 14, 2026, meeting Mondays 7:45–9:00 pm EST.

Learn more about Beyond Good Intentions: Online psychotherapy group for male* caregivers examining what we carry and what we choose to pass on

You believe in equity. You care about justice. You can identify ways you don't want to show up as a caregiver...and still, some nights you hear yourself sounding like the person you said you'd never be, or really stepping in it with your kid or partner and not knowing how to move forward, or feeling disconnected or alienated from other male* people...

Most men* were handed a map of caregiving drawn by the same systems they want to dismantle. That map rewards stoicism, authority, and emotional distance, and then wonders why children grow up repeating the cycle. This group is for men* who sense that something different is possible, who want to show up more fully for their kids and partners, and who understand that how they parent is a political act.
